Whether your event is next week or in the next 6 months, lets face it, who knows when things will get back to normal, the Foolery Family just wanted you to know that while Tom can no longer attend any parties we are treating all bookings from now on as ‘Postponed’. This means any deposit you have already paid will be held and we look forward to rearranging all parties/engagements as soon as we all know more and life starts getting back to normal.
Nothing is being removed from the diary so if your booking is quite far in the future, worry not, you don’t need to do anything. As we get back to normal nothing will change for you, but if this whole pandemic carries on past your booking date, rest assured you are more than welcome to simply get in touch as soon as this passes and re-book at no extra cost.
If for any reason you do not wish to postpone your booking and simply wish to cancel we fully understand and you will of course be entitled to a refund of your deposit. All we ask in this case is that, where possible and only if you’re able, could you please allows us some time to return this to you, while this situation was totally unavoidable it has of course hit the Foolery family finances quite hard.
What will Tomfoolery do? Well we, like the rest to the country, will be keeping ourselves as safe as possible and of course, doing our bit to prevent the spread of this lurgy. We also hope to be doing some FACEBOOK LIVE events so please keep an eye out for those, any suggestions or requests gratefully received https://www.facebook.com/tomfooleryuk/ We will also keep you updated on there as to when bookings can start to be rearranged.
Some of you may be aware that last month we also branched out and opened a Bicycle shop! As well as performing, cycling is something that Tom has been passionate about for many years and is in fact a highly qualified cycle mechanic. Now that young Harry Foolery has also got the bug we decided to set up a family business that could run smoothly along side the weekend work. Little did we know that it would quickly become our sol income! So now Tom is able to spend his days locked away in the workshop, in isolation from the rest of the world, servicing and repairing bicycles to his heart’s content! While eating Beans on toast cooked on a small camping stove!
In the mean time stay safe people, wash your hands, look out for the older people and each other of course and most of all be kind to everyone, no matter how much toilet roll they have!
